حجزت محكمة الجنايات قضية «الاستيلاء على المال العام» في مؤسسة الموانئ والمتهم فيها رجل أعمال كويتي ووافدة روسية وأخر، للحكم بجلسة 6 مايو المقبل.
وقد حضر مسؤول في ديوان المحاسبة أمام المحكمة وأكد أن المبالغ المستولى عليها بلغت مايقارب 30 مليون دينار.
وكانت المحكمة قررت إخلاء سبيلهم بكفالة مالية قدرها 9 ملايين دينار.
